Our Automotive Aftermarket division offers a complete range of garage equipment, spare parts, and car accessories, including diagnostic equipment, repair parts, lighting, and transmission parts, injection and ignition systems, wipers, and electronic components. We also develop concepts for garages.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support on Bosch workshop equipment to customers, distributors, and service partners in Belgium. You will be the face of Bosch on the field and actively contribute to customer satisfaction, knowledge transfer, and the development of maintenance contracts.
Tasks include:
- Performing diagnostics, repairs, and calibrations on Bosch workshop equipment.
- Supporting end-users and external aftersales partners (BTS) with technical questions, training, and information provision.
- Managing maintenance contracts: planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Actively contributing to the expansion of the contract portfolio in collaboration with sales.
- Providing technical support via phone and email.
- Managing loan equipment and own parts inventory.
- Reporting technical issues to product experts and contributing to process improvements.
- Ensuring correct warranty claims and invoicing of services performed.
- Participating in audits, demonstrations, fairs, technical evenings, and training sessions.
- Regularly reporting to your supervisor and participating in weekly 1:1 meetings.
- Representing Bosch professionally to customers and partners.
Qualifications include:
Technical training at MBO/A1 level or equivalent through experience.
Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics/electronics with a specialization in automotive is a plus.
In-depth technical knowledge and interest in automotive systems.
Fluent in Dutch and French – proficiency in both languages is required.
Good knowledge of English.
