Job Description
Design and own automotive mechanical parts & assemblies (enclosures, brackets, housings, mounts)
Create and release 3D CAD models, drawings, GD&T
Design for manufacturability, assembly, and serviceability
Support thermal, vibration, and structural requirements
Work with electronics teams on packaging, cooling, sealing, and EMI considerations
Drive DFMEA, DV/PV, and design reviews
Support supplier discussions, tooling, and production issues
Lead root-cause analysis for field and warranty failures
