Job Description

Inspection / Measurement of components and claim handling

Knowledge on inspection of Sheet metal, Fabrication components and Bought out component

QAP preparation and its documentation as per project / customer specific requirements

Preparation of measurement protocol

Supplier Audits

Qualifications

D.M.E. with 5 to 7 years OR Be Mechanical with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

• Hands on experience of measuring equipment's like CMM, Roundness tester, Roughness tester, Hardness tester—etc
• Preferred CWI qualification and NDT L1 qualifications
• Flexible to visit at supplier end for Inspection and Quality improvement
• Understanding of drawing, GD&T
• Fluency in Communication, Flexibility, Decision ability
• Fluency with MS office
• Knowledge of Basic and preventive Quality tools, Problem solving methodology
• Knowledge of QMS system / IATF 16949 / PPAP—Preferred lead Auditor qualification
• Manufacturing process knowledge, Exposure to heat treatment, surface treatment process
