Job Description

- Care for key customers/business partners in online sales

- Preparation and implementation of customer strategy (Customer Strategy)

- Proposal of assortment and list of products (Listing) for the customer and its updates

- Preparation and conduct of contract and commercial terms negotiations

- Proposal of assortment, communication strategy, online presentation, and joint sales activities with the customer

- Presentation and offer of product innovations/sales promotions to business partners

- Search for new business opportunities

- Search for new key business partners

- Coordination and organization of product presentations and training for customers, technical and product consulting for customers

- Cooperation with brand managers and logistics in the preparation of individual sales events (providing timely information about products, delivery volumes, special requirements, delivery dates, etc.)

- Coordination and resolution of credits, bonuses, returns, complaints, logistics, and IT issues in cooperation with other functions and specialist departments of the company

- Monitoring of market development, prices, and competitor activities

- Checking the development of receivables of business partners and cooperation in their collection

- Regular updating of customer and partner data

- Reporting

Qualifications

- Experience in a similar position (sales and business) minimum 2 years.

- Fluent Czech (spoken and written)

- Experience with MS Office (knowledge of SAP is an advantage)

- Driving license category B
