Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• You're a student (ideally in your 2nd or 3rd year) who's curious to see how theory turns into practice.
• You feel confident in both English and German – writing and speaking.
• Communication comes naturally to you – whether it's explaining an idea or writing a clear message.
• You enjoy teamwork, but you're also comfortable handling tasks on your own when needed.
• You can make decisions and stay focused even when things get a little stressful.
• Any experience in an international or multicultural environment is a big plus.
• If you've heard about ITSM or have some basic knowledge, that would be a nice extra.
