Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main interface with clients to identify and pursue new service opportunities in the Industrial and Technology sectors; - Ensure the delivery of pre-defined services with high quality and punctuality; - Manage costs, oversee the department's BAB (Budget Allocation Base), and support the development of Business Plans (BPs) and Cash Flows (CFs); - Prepare internal and external quotations in collaboration with the Service Solutions (SO) team; - Lead team management activities, including time tracking approvals, vacation planning, hiring, terminations, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives;

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; - Proven experience in team management; - Solid background in administrative routines and processes; - Hands-on experience in service operations within Technology and Industrial sectors; - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; - Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a strong asset; - Advanced or fluent English;
