Key Responsibilities:

• Projects management in manufacturing area (Power solutions for mobility sector);
• Project Management Office (PMO) member;
• Projects reports and presentations to (inter)national steering committees;
• Business case study for new projects approval;
• Hybridization between traditional (waterfall) and agile methodologies for project management;
• Interface with multidisciplinary and cross functional areas, involving (inter)national team;
• To work in a dynamic environment and project implementation also in different cross value streams
• Projects for the mobility sector related to powertrain solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation in Engineering Production or Mechanical Engineering.
• Mandatory communication fluent in English language
• Project leadership experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge in Project management tools in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, Azure and Power BI).
• Knowledge in SAP systems
• Availability for occasional trips

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post Graduation or master's degree in project management PMP® or equivalent
• Knowledge in different hybridization strategies in between traditional (waterfall) and agile methodologies for project management.
