Key Responsibilities:

• Lead End-to-End Delivery: Manage the complete lifecycle of telemetry solution development (Web, Mobile, Embedded), from planning to launch.
• Orchestrate Multidisciplinary Teams: Act as the primary bridge between software development teams, stakeholders, and technology partners.
• Ensure Technical Excellence: Collaborate with architects to guarantee that the solution is scalable, secure, and performant, proactively managing risks and technical debt.
• Plan for the Future: Structure and manage innovation pilot projects, exploring technologies such as Video Telemetry and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to add value to our product.
• Manage Suppliers and Partners: Coordinate the technical relationship with hardware suppliers (telemetry devices) and other strategic partners.
• Support the Team in Specification, Understanding, Documentation, Prioritization, and Validation of Functional and Non-functional Requirements: Ensuring alignment with value delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar fields. A postgraduate degree in Digital Product Management, IoT, or related areas will be a differential.
• Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems architectures, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end, back-end, and mobile technologies to engage in technical dialogue with the development team.
• Basic understanding of embedded systems and communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP) is a significant differential.
• Advanced/fluent English is mandatory for communication with global teams and partners.
• Solid experience in software development project management, with proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the technology sector, preferably with SaaS, IoT products, or in the automotive/logistics market (telemetry, fleet management).
• Track record of successful deliveries in projects involving hardware and software integration.

You will stand out if you have:

• Experience with Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning), or Computer Vision projects.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CSPO).
• Ability to lead by influence, excellent communication, and capacity to navigate matrixed environments.
