Project Engineering Coordinator
Ensure the excellence in the execution of the Bosch team's projects with the client, acting as the technical focal point, process facilitator, and ensuring alignment with standards, requirements, and agile methodologies.
- Act as Bosch's primary technical point of contact with the client's Manager to understand project demands at a macro level.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact and support for questions and issues from the Bosch team related to client requirements and matters.
- Monitor the progress of the Bosch team's projects in conjunction with the client's Manager, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Monitor service satisfaction through daily feedback provided by the client, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the Bosch team strictly follows the standards and requirements provided by the client.
- Guarantee the completion of all mandatory training required by both Bosch and the client.
- Identify training and development needs (technical and methodological) for the Bosch team.
- Ensure the availability of the necessary tools, software, and infrastructure for project execution.
- Actively encourage the use of digital methodologies and tools to optimize efficiency and quality of deliveries.
- Inform the client in case of identifying opportunities for improvement in calibration and integration processes.
- Monitor the efficiency of resource usage by tracking metrics such as Man-hours, overload, and free capacity of the team.
- Act to ensure the optimization of resource allocation and the team's productive capacity.
Qualifications
Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology (IT).
Certification: Project Management or Scrum Master.
Mindset: Demonstration of Lean-Agile mindset and servant leadership.
Technical Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of the Engine Control Development Life Cycle.
- Knowledge of project management methods.
- Knowledge of estimation and prioritization techniques in frameworks.
- Experience in development and testing in propulsion controls and calibration (preferential).
Skills:
- Process orientation and a pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Coaching ability in Agile for teams and leaders.
- Proficiency in Engine Control Development.
- Fluent English (technical and managerial communication with the client).
