Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for users, ensuring clear communication and a customer-centric approach.
- Provide Level 1 support for automations, Outsystems portals, and web applications (Vue.js, .NET, Java, etc.), escalating to Level 2 when necessary.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution, following up on tickets until closure.
- Document incidents, solutions, and best practices to support the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, engaging in knowledge sharing and contributing to effective problem-solving.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree Completed or In Progress in Systems Analysis, Data Science, or Related Fields; - Basic Knowledge of Programming or Scripting (e.g., Simple Debugging or Familiarity with Various Technologies) - Introductory Understanding of Software Development and Web Technologies (Vue.js, .NET, Java, Outsystems)
- Ability to Work in a Global and Collaborative Environment - Fluent English Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge or Exposure to Automation Platforms and Monitoring Tools Basic - Familiarity with Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, or Similar)
