Junior Support Analyst

Join a global team.

Align with requesters internal order requests for IT infrastructure products & services (server, cables, network devices, maintenance, licenses);

Align with financial team on budget;

Check if all needed ordering documents are available and correct;

Create an order in iBuy system based on the request;

Follow-up the ordering status (internal approval, delivery status,...);

Once the hardware is delivered, do the goods receipt booking and check the incoming invoice;

Document the orders in a tracking file incl. order number, volume in EUR, asset numbers, invoices, etc.

Degree in Administration, Economics, Systems Analysis or similar

Should be familiar with basic MS office programs (excel, office, word, teams);

SAP knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.

German optional;

Experience in administrative work, purchasing, financial/ controlling

Experience in IT area helpful, but not mandatory;

English Advanced
