Main Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor global IT services, focusing on servers, storage, backup, and cloud services.
- Monitor and ensure the support process for on-premises or cloud IT solutions.
- Identify and initiate the escalation and prioritization of support activities.
- Resolve problems, incidents, configurations, alerts, and service requests for global IT infrastructure and cloud services.
- Support the integration of services in the cloud platform and operate them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
- Experience in bilingual IT support.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GIT, Jenkins.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, OpenStack, Openshift), operating systems.
- Knowledge of scripting (powershell, vba, etc.) and object-oriented programming languages like Java, Python, Go.
- Knowledge in configuration and administration of servers, storage, backup, and cloud environments.
- Availability to work from 11:30 to 8:54 PM and on weekends and holidays on a rotation basis.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
