Description of the Job

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the team, assist in creating and sending reports to clients
• Providing feedback and monitoring the team
• Presenting PPTs to clients when necessary
• Proactivity in daily activities
• Creating initiatives to improve the organizational climate

Qualifications

• Education in progress in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, CRM, and Genesys systems.
• Advanced or fluent English is mandatory.
• People management experience
• Team management experience
