Job Description

The intern will be placed within the Training Department and will have the opportunity to support the area managers in the daily activities of managing company training programs, both national and international.

Main Activities:

Support to Organizational Training

  • Collaboration with the Head of Training in the management and planning of national and international training activities;
  • Entry and updating of courses on the corporate system dedicated to tracking training within the Bosch group;
  • Monitoring of course progress and support in reporting.

Support to Technological Training

  • Support to the Head of Technological Training in managing contacts with teachers and planning training activities;
  • Preparation of teaching materials and evaluation surveys;
  • Collection and analysis of feedback for satisfaction evaluation;
  • Support in administrative activities and invoicing phase.

The role also involves transversal involvement in brand awareness and employer branding initiatives if applicable.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or three-year university degree (even if in progress);
  • Interest in training topics;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package (particularly Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Desired knowledge of English at least B2 level;
  • Excellent organizational skills, precision, and predisposition to teamwork.
