Senior Engineer – Maintenance is responsible for managing both breakdown and preventive maintenance activities for plant equipment and utilities to ensure safe, efficient and uninterrupted production operations.

Leading a team of operating engineers and technicians, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing solutions with minimal downtime.
Focus on team development, driving performance improvement and skill enhancement among team members.
Manage spare parts inventory, ensure critical spare availability, and optimize maintenance costs.
Hands-on experience in Press, Heat treatment furnace, Grinding & SPM machines.
Ensure operation and maintenance of Utilities like Compressor, DG's, ETP & STP.
Ensure working conditions of all Material Handling system like (Hoist, Crane, Stacker, Forklift)
Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or modifications to support production requirements and reduce costs.
