Having good knowledge of IATF 16949 to implement requirements at supplier end.
Hands on experience of developing stamping, machining, tubular casting (GDC&HPDC) & electronics parts commodity.
Experience of new program launches and execute program as per APQP requirement to keeping in mind the techno-commercial aspects.
Having good knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP documents and audit, MSA, SPC and quality tools.
Good capability to solve the problem by using 8D and 7QC tools.
Having good drawing readability and understand on GD&T to have inspection accordingly.
Having experience of supplier audits as per ISO/TS guidelines, supplier quality system upgradation, monitoring supplier performance, closure of 8D as per defined timeline, ECN implementation at supplier end.
Provide technical guidance to the vendor's team, resolving quality issues, manage the kaizen activities and review process for VA/VE at supplier to increase productivity.
Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedure Preferred VDA 6.3 certified.
Techno commercial skills to handle new projects from sending RFQ, feasibility study, project launching and development.
