Hardware and software operation of the company's IT and telecommunications systems, solving emerging problems, or forwarding them to central IT or external providers if necessary.
Troubleshooting hardware and software problems in the office and production environment.
Providing help desk services using the central ticket system (ServiceNow).
Assisting users in operating the network and programs.
Configuring and deploying operating systems.
Managing user accounts using Active Directory, training new users.
Participating in IT projects.
Performing other administrative tasks.
Maintaining contact with IT service providers.
Participating in development projects related to the field.

You have at least a secondary vocational qualification (diploma preferred),
You have worked in IT operations for at least 5 years in a large-scale manufacturing environment,
You have basic network knowledge.
You are proficient in using the following tools: Active Directory, SCCM console, Service Management Software, Microsoft Client/Server infrastructure, Microsoft Office applications (Intune, ServiceNow preferred).
You have a quick situational awareness and a fast learning ability.
You have conversational level English proficiency.
You have a customer-oriented attitude.
You can work independently.
You have a solution-oriented mindset.
You are willing to take on responsibility (according to labor law).
