Responsible for the performance of professional-level generalist duties. Applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in HR functional areas such as recruitment, employee and/or labor relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development and training.
Primary responsibility for planning, administration and delivery of programs in HR.
Recommend policies and procedures to enhance delivery of HR services.
Support the recruiting efforts to attract the best talent.
Support the ongoing development of internal talent by identifying training needs and conducting training programs to meet these needs.
Assist with identifying organizational development needs, implementing effective solutions, and building effective teams.
Assist with employee relations counseling, new employee orientations, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
Work on salary administration, benefits projects, special group projects and other generalist duties as required.
Develop and lead employee activities/events.
Establish and maintain effective employee relations with all levels.
Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through communications or meetings.
Scope of position is defined by problem solving and the relation to the overall assignment or project.
Work is generally not supervised in detail.
Salary Range: $68,800 - $94,600
