Ensures safe and ergonomic designs for machinery and process equipment, as well as compliance with standards such as ISO 45001. Manages the management system applied to manufacturing and quality assurance processes. Responsible for applying specific customer requirements to manufacturing and product quality assurance processes. Determines cycle times, staffing needs, and related costs to provide information for company management decisions. Creates and maintains core documents. Develops and maintains standard work methods, process sheets, error-proofing matrices, mistake-proofing procedures, master parts, and red rabbits. Implements and monitors results on performance indicators and generates action plans to improve them. Implements succession plans. Is responsible for action plans to improve OEE. Responsible for continuous improvement action plans in manufacturing processes. Supports and coordinates employee training in specific areas.
