Close cooperation with the clients and representing the company in front of the client (audits, visits, teleconferences, technical support)
Handling of customer complaints (8D)
Keeping databases and preparing statistics on the complaint process
Conducting key defect analyzes and reporting the results
Solving current quality and operational problems
Supervision of quality costs
Solving quality problems in the production process and in the finished product
Assessment and supervision of the approving process of production parts for PPAP/PPA production
Creation and modification of control plans
Development and supervision of quality documentation in the process
Participation in internal and external audits, including customer audits on ongoing projects
Conducting corrective and preventive actions after internal audits, customer audits and complaints
At least 8 years of experience in the field of quality management in a production plant (experience in the automotive or electronics industry is welcome)
Very good command of English
Knowledge of the quality requirements of the automotive industry and OEM customers
Practical knowledge of tools: Control Plan, Flow Diagram, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, 8D, 5Why
Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent work organization and problem solving skills
The ability to conduct audits (is welcome)
