Control Account Manager

Manage tasks and initiatives associated with product development life cycle for digital products and services. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working on government programs in a team leadership role
• 3+ years of experience working on a completion type program as a Control Account Manager or Project Manager
• Experience with earned value management and Agile management
• Experience with project collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira
• Experience using MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with a scheduling tool such as MS Project
• Ability to complete assignments on time and to documented standards
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with supporting a large program focused on Cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipeline development, or software development as Control Account Manager or Project Manager
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement structures
• Experience with implementing digital transformation improvement
• Knowledge of Pivot tables, Power Queries, formulas, and macros in Microsoft Excel
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating to a broad audience such as engineers and management
• CAPM, PMP, or similar project management or earned value management certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
