The Creative Operations Manager is direct support to the VP of Marketing and functions as the Project Manager for creative campaign productions and the department. This role will manage the Production team and work closely with Creative to ensure Marketing campaigns are successful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Creative Department and VP of Marketing to develop and maintain the integrated marketing calendar, providing visibility across pre- and post-production schedules, launch dates, and key marketing milestones.
- Manage the launch of creative campaigns, ensuring static and digital campaigns are launched on time.
- Lead the production team, managing schedules and confirming on-location production needs are met.
- Marketing representative for outsourced creative talent, including but not limited to artists, producers, photographers, videographers, and athletes.
- Approve contracts, invoices, and production expenses, ensuring projects are completed at or below budgets.
- Recommend and develop new processes to increase successful communication and operations.
- Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
- Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
- Travels up to 10% of scheduled shifts.
- Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.
- Adheres to local, state and federal laws.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
- Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations.
