BoostDraft is reinventing legal drafting with a local Microsoft Word add-in that automates tedious formatting and elevates lawyers' day-to-day work. Founded by MIT and Stanford alumni, we've grown to 10,000+ paying users and earned adoption at 17 of Japan's top 20 law firms—mostly through word-of-mouth, profitability, and without external funding until January 2025.
Now, with growing interest from legal professionals in Korea and positive feedback from early users, we are excited to expand into the Korean market and deliver our innovative solution to law firms and in-house teams.
We entered the Korean market earlier this year and are now at the exciting stage of refining our go-to-market strategy. While our product has already sparked strong interest from local legal professionals, this is just the beginning. With no playbook yet fully defined, we see a unique opportunity to shape how BoostDraft grows in Korea. To drive this expansion, we are seeking a seasoned strategy and business operations professional who is eager to help us establish our presence and accelerate growth in this new market.
This position is not about working strictly according to predefined tasks, but rather about thriving as a "gap filler" based on discussions with the management team. This position is reporting to Head of Korea Business.
