The Human Resources Coordinator role provides support with a focus on candidate experience as well as administration of the talent acquisition (TA) process. Coordinators work closely with the talent acquisition specialists to understand client requirements, certifications, and onboarding for new employees. Using technology and tools, the HR Coordinator will have primary responsibility for ensuring candidates have appropriately met the job description's certification requirements, completed their background check, and have met the Employee Health requirements.
