Our client is an Australian company specializing in IT services and solutions. They offer a range of services, including managed IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and business consulting. Their focus is on providing tailored IT solutions to help businesses improve efficiency, security, and overall technology management.

The Applications Support Role is to augment the existing team in Australia as the immediate priority, with the view to expand as a global support group with coverage across multiple time zones. Coverage must be from 7am to 7pm AEST.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for NetSuite OneWorld and integrated applications including Celigo, RF-Smart (WMS), SPS Commerce, Shopify, Zendesk, ClickUp, Miro, SmartFreight, and future systems.
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and working with users and the Client's team to support day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage escalations to 3rd level support (software vendors) and keep them to SLAs.
• Work closely with the Systems Team, business users, and Client's Team, nominated external consulting or support partners to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into the client's infrastructure.
• Review and analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, workflows, and basic scripts as required.
• Assist with testing, documentation, and release support for system updates.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Client, IT/Systems team.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in application or ERP support, preferably NetSuite or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of core business processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP), Record-to-Report (R2R), and inventory/logistics.
• Experience supporting integrated systems and third-party vendors.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
