Your career as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Booksy will allow you to be the driving force behind the growth of thousands of entrepreneurs in the beauty and wellness sector. Working closely with the Inside Sales team, you will be the first human connection with our customers, helping them discover how our technology can transform their businesses.

What will you do?
As an SDR, you will be part of our sales team. Your goal will be to make initial contact with potential customers, manage leads and spark their interest in joining Booksy. You will qualify opportunities through outbound calls and social media, ensuring that the sales team receives high-quality prospects. You will inform customers about how our features can enhance their specific businesses. You will coordinate schedules, assigning and organizing demonstrations between customers and our sales team.
Your objectives will be based on the number of demonstrations closed for the salesperson and the conversion rate to sales.
