You're a detail-oriented operator with a proven track record in compensation administration and a passion for supporting a global team. As our GTM Compensation Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our sales and customer success teams are rewarded with accuracy and transparency for their hard work. This is a critical role in our newly centralized Revenue Operations team, where you'll be accountable for administering and executing compensation schemes for over 400 people across all Booksy core markets. You will play a crucial part in providing operational feedback and data-driven insights that help improve our compensation design over time.
You'll lead a team of 1-3 admins and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth, timely payouts. You'll be the go-to expert for all things related to compensation administration, building a culture of accuracy and accountability.
