Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

The Salesforce Core Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions used across the Strategic Partnerships department. This role requires strong technical expertise, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to collaborate in a high‑velocity environment. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams responsible for self‑built services and APIs.

Role Qualifications and Requirements: Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain APEX classes, triggers, and integrations.
  • Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Collaborate with internal teams owning custom services and APIs.
  • Ensure end‑to‑end completion of features and tasks (from design to documentation and deployment).
  • Debug, optimize, and refactor existing Salesforce components.
  • Ensure code quality, test coverage, and release discipline.
  • Contribute to scalable integration designs using REST/SOAP/other patterns.
  • Participate in technical planning, grooming, and architecture discussions.
  • (Nice to have) Use Copado for release management and CI/CD.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience working with APEX.
  • Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Perl.
  • Proven experience developing LWC and other Salesforce UI components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with internal or external systems.
  • A mindset of high ownership and completing tasks end‑to‑end.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Copado is a plus.
