We're looking for a hands-on Sales Specialist to join the Bolt Food team in Portugal. You'll drive our sales growth, reach out to potential partners, pitch, negotiate, and close deals for small and mid-sized accounts.
Location: Porto, Portugal
As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to contact and build relationships with restaurant partners and work towards mutually beneficial terms.
After establishing a partnership, you will assist in ensuring a smooth transition for the restaurant to the Operations and Account Management team, guaranteeing a seamless onboarding process.
You have at least 1 year of experience in Sales or a related field, ideally in the food delivery industry.
You're fluent in English and Portuguese, possess strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
You demonstrate an analytical mindset and an advanced understanding of leveraging a set of tools to manage data and, ideally, experience working with a CRM.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and adapting quickly to change.
Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges and a strong sense of ownership.
