B2B Sales Team Lead

We're looking for a hungry and ambitious B2B Sales Team Lead to join our Bolt Business team in Warsaw, Poland. You'll be the player-coach leading the team, driving sales in the market, and closing opportunities in the Enterprise/Tier 1 segment.

Location: Warsaw, Poland

We're looking for a driven individual, a real hunter with proven experience in B2B selling who can turbocharge and drive the success of the Bolt Business team for the market. We need a superstar with a history of great results, who is excellent at hands-on team management and knows how to deliver rapid growth. Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve their individual goals
  • Negotiating and closing bigger deals, showing how it's done by leading the line for your market working on Tier 0 and Tier 1 deals
  • Managing your own sales pipeline, building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities
  • Working closely and giving market feedback together with the Senior Country Sales Manager to our product team regarding Bolt Business solutions and how we should develop - you'll be seeing and hearing what businesses need, so you'll be an essential voice to our product teams
  • Monitoring our competition, you'll have your finger on the pulse of the industry
  • Spotting shifts, opportunities, and changes and making sure we respond and take steps when we need to identify and remove blockers

About you:

  • Higher degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in fast-paced B2B Sales, including 2+ years of experience in managing sales teams of 3-6 HC (coaching, mentoring, managing performance, motivating a team, and driving results from the front), experience in onboarding clients and account management would be an advantage
  • Excellent English and Polish
  • A CRM master, able to analyze the data to maximize the activities of your team
  • Expertise in negotiating and closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 deals, ideally selling a service into the SME/Large business sectors and being a hunter, with a history of hitting ambitious goals and thriving on sales, and smashing targets, as well as strong business sense and industry expertise in selling B2B business services into large businesses
  • Organized, process-driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales and well as being an owner and proactively finding solutions to business problems
