Senior HR Ops Specialist
We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join the HR Ops team at BOLD. In this role, you will ensure compliance of employee documentation, support the employment of foreign nationals, oversee EHS requirements, and drive the implementation of policy changes resulting from labor law updates. You will also be responsible for benefits enrollment, collaboration with vendors, and managing the benefits platform.
Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain and update personnel records in Workday and other HR tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Polish labor law and additional requirements for foreign employees.
- Review new hire paperwork, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and support work permit and relocation processes in collaboration with external vendors.
- Prepare and review new documents resulting from the extension or implementation of new policies and processes.
- Coordinate OHS processes, including mandatory trainings, medical checks, workplace accident handling, and annual audits with external providers.
- Manage PTO and all types of absences, including extended leaves: verify eligibility and documentation, ensure compliance with Polish labor law, track requests in HR systems, collaborate with Payroll, and prepare compliance reports.
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth execution, accurate tracking, and proper documentation.
- Keep HR Ops resources (e.g., Confluence) up to date, provide employees with clear information on HR policies and processes, and respond to related inquiries.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, vendor collaboration, benefit platform management, and reporting for Payroll.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll and Legal teams to ensure accurate data, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Support HRBPs in compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, job grading, and benchmarking.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Proven experience as an HR Ops Specialist or in a relevant human resources/administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Workday), spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Google Workspace applications, and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of Polish labor law and ability to apply it in daily HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Polish and English (spoken and written).

Our HR Operations Team ensures that the core people processes at BOLD run smoothly globally. We take care of areas like HRIS, compensation and benefits, employee wellness programs, HR communications, and compliance with employment requirements. We work hand in hand with HRBPs, payroll, legal teams, and external vendors to create a consistent, positive experience for all employees.

- Our work is guided by shared annual goals, set together for the entire global HR Ops team.
- We connect weekly as a global team, and also hold regular weekly meetings with the local People teams in Poland (HR Ops, Payroll, Legal).
- Once a year, we run a performance review to reflect on achievements, progress, areas for improvement, and expectations for the year ahead.

Pay Range
10000-12000 PLN gross, Employment Agreement (Umowa o Pracฤ)
Location
This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
