United States (Remote) Marketing Starting pay range: $140,000 —$175,000 USD
BOLD is redefining how people find work and how employers find talent. As we scale our multi-brand portfolio, we are seeking a Senior B2B Marketing Specialist II to serve as the lead creative strategist and growth architect for our B2B marketing engine. In this role, you won't just manage workflows and run campaigns; you will design the infrastructure and craft high-impact strategies that define our market presence, ensuring global scalability and brand consistency and maximizing ROI through innovative attribution and automation.
This position works with the Lifecycle Marketing team, a global group of marketing automation experts dedicated to developing high-conversion creative omnichannel marketing collateral and communications with leads and customers. This role sits at the intersection of data and creativity, leveraging audience insights to drive strategy and execution for the B2B user journey.

Pay Transparency
Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
