Product Support Integration Specialist (Logistics Integration)

The Boeing Company is seeking a skilled Product Support Integration Specialist to join our Integrated Logistics Support Planning and Management (ILSP&M) team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that ensure successful integration of the products and services required to support the VC-25B Program delivery schedule. This role requires a strong understanding of development programs and the interactions within integrated product teams (IPTs).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to logistics management operations, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) for complex systems throughout all phases of the sustainment and acquisition processes.
  • Manage, monitor, and integrate product/program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment, and facilities.
  • Develop processes and coordinate activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
  • Conduct presentations, status reviews, and monitor execution of support activities.
  • Review program and engineering change proposals and assess product support impact.
  • Aid in programmatic tasks not limited to meeting support, presentation development, minute-taking, action item tracking, and weekly reporting.
  • Communicate effectively on a range of integrated logistics and sustainment topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Security Clearance: An active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Engineering or technical degree with a focus on aerospace or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of development programs and enterprise gate processes.
  • Experience working with integrated product teams and understanding their interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience working with the United States Air Force (USAF) on military aircraft such as C40, C32, or VC-25 highly desired.

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $87,550 – $118,450

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

This is a safety-sensitive position and is subject to random drug testing.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
