Senior Enterprise Services - Business Intelligence Analyst
The Boeing Company's Enterprise Services organization is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our transformation journey. Enterprise Services is a team of 2,500+ employees whose collective mission is to enable the build of Boeing's products. Enterprise Services provides strategic partnership and support to all Boeing business units through multiple service towers – creating outsized impact and value across the Enterprise. The individual in this role would be a part of Enterprise Services Technology and Systems organization. Up to 20% travel may be required to other U.S. Boeing sites.
Position Responsibilities:
- Engage broadly with leaders within Service Towers (i.e. Indirect Supply Chain, Real Estate, Facilities & Asset Management, Executive Flight) and functional partners to frame, structure, and prioritize business problems
- Mine datasets to identify information & insights to answer key questions and highlight key indicators to drive actions
- Find correlations between multiple disparate and complex data sets in various data platforms and represent their significance to the larger organization in simpler terms through presentations and stories
- Create compelling reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools to present complex data
- Build and maintain data models to facilitate analysis and reporting; lead and manage ongoing maintenance, updating, and building of data reports
- Build recurring reports, dashboards, and screens using various platforms: Cognos, Tableau, Microsoft BI, PowerPivot, Power Query
- Work with extended business teams to build and map personas to critical KPIs used to understand business needs and identify relevant data points for analysis
- Understand logic and data sources behind reports and analysis to find issues, inconsistencies, and solutions
- Work with business leads and IT teams to build complex, detailed visual displays and stories out of data; Tell the story through graphs, diagrams, and data that drive actionable outcomes
- Provide insights to understand and speak with various levels (from data analyst to VP) using data in a simple format
- Work with the Data Management Office and Enterprise Services leadership team to help manage and implement data solutions as well as support data projects
- Able to travel 20% domestically

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics tools and applications (such as IBM Cognos Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics)
- 10+ years of experience working with Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Experience in programming languages (Python)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
Desired Qualifications (Preferred Skills/Experience):
- Master's degree
- Experience working on large scale, complex programs focused on data integration & analytics
- Experience understanding customer needs and tailoring material presented to your audience
- Experience delivering business and data analytics solutions in a manufacturing, engineering, or operations environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $119,850 – $187,450
