Boeing Engineering is actively seeking a Product Security Engineer (Cybersecurity) to join our growing Factory & Operational Technology (OT) Product Security Engineering (PSE) team in Everett or Seattle, WA. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Product Security Engineers. This role offers a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of efforts to ensure that our factories, producing products ranging from commercial airplanes, to satellites, to autonomous submersibles, continue to be secure and resilient from cyber threats. Our manufacturing systems—assembly robots, CNC machines, and industrial control systems—along with the buildings that house them, demand rigorous cybersecurity defenses to prevent disruption and compromise.
In this role, you will be securing Boeing's production environments by architecting and implementing OT vulnerability and patch management capabilities, enabling continuous asset visibility, prioritized remediation, and validating fixes in controlled test environments. Working alongside manufacturing, IT, safety, and external vendors, you'll coordinate mitigations to preserve uptime, participate in incident investigations and root-cause activities, and drive program improvements. The role blends technical execution, stakeholder coordination, and mentorship to strengthen Boeing's resilient manufacturing operations.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Mid-Level): $119,850 - $162,150
Summary Pay Range (Senior): $146,000 - $197,800
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
