 
                                                
                                            The Boeing Company's Space & Launch Division's Global Satellite Configuration and Control Equipment (GSCCE) program is looking for a Lead Integration & Test (I&T) Software Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO.
The Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapon Systems (SI&WS) Division's GSCCE program is seeking a motivated, goal-achieving, and team-oriented software engineer to update, upgrade, and develop an updated and modernized global military satellite communications (MILSATCOM) ground system that will manage the WGS Payloads for all F1-F12 satellites โ for the Boeing-built Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) satellites.
As a member of the GSCCE team, you will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to the maintenance and support of the delivered system for our customers. These roles provide opportunities for you to influence project outcomes significantly. The successful candidate will work closely with Systems Engineering, aligning the software product testing and verification approach to ensure quality, reliability, and functionality. Advises on the setup and configuration of test environments, including hardware, software, and network configurations to replicate production environments. Leads executing test cases and scenarios to verify functionality, performance, and safety of software systems, identifying and reporting defects, issues, and potential vulnerabilities found during testing processes. Leads developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.

Summary pay range / Senior: $122,400 - $165,600
Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
