Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to support our F/A-18 Automated Maintenance Environment (FAME) program at Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana, Virginia.
The FAME FSR shall provide technical research and guidance in the resolution of field problems related to the FAME suite of applications. Provide over-the-shoulder assistance and training to personnel for all aspects of system operation. The FAME FSR shall participate in functional check of the FAME system for Ashore and Afloat F/A-18 squadrons. Assist the Navy/Marine Corp with the operation of Navy Aeronautical Technical Publications Library (ATPL) as it pertains to the PMA260's Portable Electronic Maintenance Aide (PEMAs). Travel worldwide to assist in FAME troubleshooting and repair, as requested. Collect and provide Data deliverables as necessary to maintain both internal program management requirements and contract delivery/report requirements.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $96,900 - $131,100.
