The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced/Senior F-15 Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist in Hazelwood, Missouri. The position will support the F-15 Israel Sustainment Program within the International Government and Defense portfolio. This program will specifically support F-15IA fleet production sustainment. The position aligns to the BGS Engineering capability and collaborates closely with Program Management in leading logistics integration activities.
The ideal candidate has a high level of experience in Integrated Support, strong communication skills, and has the ability to work well independently, with little guidance working with a collaborative team. The candidate must be able to balance multiple projects and deadlines. The selected candidate will be customer-facing and in addition to executing BGS scope, must be capable of managing relationships with their external customers while also maintaining close coordination with BDS counterparts and internal customers to ensure a consistent one-Boeing approach.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Experienced level (Level 3): $94,350 - $127,650
Summary pay range for Senior level (Level 4): $118,150 - $159,850
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. ยง120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
