The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Sales Performance Analyst in Seattle, Washington. The Sales Performance Analyst position is key to enhancing the operational efficiency and success of the sales organization through data-driven insights, strategic support, and process optimization. This role involves consolidating and tracking sales across all BGS business units and regional teams, ensuring accurate reporting in collaboration with finance. Responsibilities include tracking key performance metrics, managing projects, and utilizing digital tools to improve processes, decision-making, and sales performance visibility. The role works closely with Sales Operations, Regional Account Sales, and other business units to improve internal processes, drive compliance, and provide senior leadership with actionable reports and executive-level presentations. Additionally, the position involves setting quarterly and annual sales targets, performing data analysis, building data visualizations, and enhancing information flow through Salesforce processes. A strong candidate will excel in analytical, operational, and communication skills, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
