The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Experienced Quality Engineer to support Air Dominance Proprietary team in Mesa, Arizona.
This position may be located on either 1st or 2nd shift and follows a 9/80 working schedule. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future depending on the business needs.
This position will be working on proprietary programs with senior Quality Engineers to support planning reviews, inspection planning development for automated programs, and be responsible for resolving large scale issues be developing metric plans with cross-functional engineering teams.
Successful candidates will a technical background with strong communications skills with multi-disciplinary teams and an understanding of first-time quality and continuous improvement. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in data analytics and background in composites fabrication experience.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
