Experienced Product Support Integrator

The Boeing Company BGS Military Commercial Derivative Aircraft (MCDA) Maintenance Engineering team is seeking an Experienced Product Support Integrator to support maintenance engineering integration for MCDA programs to include KC-46, VC-25B, P-8 and E-7. The candidate will be working as part of an integrated team providing support for maintenance engineering and technical publications and will report to the Boeing Global Services (BGS) engineering function. The position will be based in Tukwila, WA.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support planning and technical integration of the maintenance engineering data sources, schedule, deliverables and metrics.
  • Support multiple Statements of Work (SOWs) within Maintenance Engineering
  • Support the development of technical descriptions and Basis of Estimates (BOE) for new business proposals
  • Perform integration planning efforts for Maintenance Steering Committee (MSG-3) meetings
  • Perform integration planning efforts for technical publications development and release
  • Support brown/green rooms to coordinate Engineering Tracking and Control (ETAC) events for data interfaces
  • Conduct thorough reviews of export control documentation and Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA) identifying export control risks. Report out detailed findings and make recommendations for changes required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 1+ years of product/customer support experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Project management scheduling software (MS Project or ADO)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (highly desired)
  • Experience with reviews of export control documentation and Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA) highly desired
  • Experience writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Request for Proposal (RFP)
  • Experience reading and interpreting contracts/Statements of Work (SOW)/Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
  • Experience with / Qualified in Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience with ETAC tool for tracking hand-offs
  • Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
  • Experience with Maintenance Steering Committee Process (MSG-3)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through PMI
  • Experience working with technical data to include engineering drawings and specifications

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $93,500 - $126,500

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. ยง120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
