Customer Support Specialist

To strengthen our team at our Toulouse site, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Your responsibilities at Boeing:

  • You will be responsible for the administration of order resolution and after-sales activities of consumables for the aerospace industry.
  • You will manage a local & international client base, from order receipt to payment, and ensure the proper execution of agreed services.
  • You will be responsible for processing and managing orders, including regularly monitoring deadlines & daily coordination with the Operations department to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • You will communicate regularly with your customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes.
  • You will track returns and handle complaints.

Basic qualifications (required skills and experience):

  • A minimum of two years in higher education.
  • At least two years of professional experience in customer service and/or the wholesale sector.
  • Good practical knowledge of spoken and written English

Preferred qualifications (desired skills/experience):

  • Ideally you have prior experience in the aerospace industry
  • Initial experience with SAP (ideally SAP HANA) or other ERP systems would be desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Through your customer focused mindset, you enjoy working with external stakeholders and customers daily.

Work Authorization:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in France. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in France.

6-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
