Boeing Global Services Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist

This position is for a Boeing Global Services Mid-Level Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to support BGS prime efforts in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role you will provide Integrated Planning and Scheduling support for the KC-135 program consistent with Boeing IP&S best practices, based in good judgement and past experience and provide timely support to Program and Business Leadership requests as needed.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Works on leading edge technologies across the enterprise to lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change driven activities
  • Analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, process improvement, or program initiatives
  • Develops and establishes lead time requirements and identifies constraints
  • Leads, directs, facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners
  • Develops project plans for realigning work statement to support production requirements and meet company strategy for work placement

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods such as MS Projects, Milestones, Open Project Professional, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serving as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management
  • 1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience using OPP (Open Plan Professional) or equivalent software
  • Experience conducting data analysis with Excel

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $85,000 – $115,000
