Your Mission

The HRBP will support leaders from various areas, offering strategic guidance on people, culture, and organizational development, actively and closely integrated into the factory's routines.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support to Service Areas and Leadership Relationship:

  • Establish trust relationships with leadership acting as a coach and advisor;
  • Evaluate the needs of the areas and carry out necessary interventions;
  • Identify and act on technical and behavioral development needs.

HR Projects and Initiatives for the Factory:

  • Lead HR initiatives and strategic projects of the factory, making due change management, schedules, indicators, governance, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Propose initiatives, monitor indicators, evaluate suppliers, and ensure adherence to the plant's needs.

Labor Relations:

  • Apply knowledge of labor legislation, HR operational services, and HR practices applicable to the industrial environment.

Talent and Performance Cycles Management:

  • Ensure the adequate execution and continuous improvement of performance appraisal processes: conducting the cycle in the factory, alignment with leaders, support in calibration meetings, and follow-up on the completion of the MAG with quality and within deadlines;
  • Lead and facilitate talent reviews and succession discussions, supporting leaders in building pipelines, development plans, and identifying potentials.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Understanding of compensation and benefits strategies, supporting leaders in salary analyses, internal movements, promotions, job structures, encapsulation, and internal competitiveness.

Culture, Engagement, and Organizational Climate:

  • Support leaders in analyzing results, seeking insights, and stimulating the construction of action plans based on data, monitoring implementation and impacts.

What You Need to Accomplish Your Mission?

Required:

  • Complete Higher Education;
  • Advanced English;
  • Office Suite;
  • Five years of experience in Human Resources and preferably two years of experience in a factory environment;
  • On-site presence in Paulínia, at least two times a week.

Broad vision of all HR subsystems, with solid capacity for articulation between them:

  • Understanding of business and the organizational impacts resulting from operational decisions;
  • Clear communication at all levels, capacity for influence, and trust building;
  • Analytical ability for data analysis and management of headcounts/budget;
  • Digital mindset and focus on continuous improvement;
  • Management of multiple demands, with capacity for prioritization and sense of urgency;
  • Stakeholder management, conflict management, and mediation capacity.
