As the Associate Director, IT Application Architect – Digital Patient Services, you will serve as a strategic technology leader responsible for defining and delivering the application architecture that powers Boehringer Ingelheim's digital patient engagement ecosystem. This role is accountable for designing scalable, secure, and compliant application architectures that enable seamless, patient-centric experiences across the full patient journey—from onboarding and access to therapy adherence and ongoing support. You will operate at the intersection of business, data, and technology, translating patient-experience strategies into robust, composable digital platforms aligned with enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and global IT strategy.

This role is based out of our Ridgefield, CT location with a hybrid onsite work schedule minimum 2-3 days per week and as needed to support the business.
The base salary range for this position is $170,000.00 to $269,000.00 USD. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, and other factors permitted by law.
