BodyGen is an innovative company in the field of Beauty-Tech & Health Diagnostics. We develop blood and DNA analyses for skin, hair, and well-being.
Your job is to be there for our partners and provide them with the best service. You help further when questions arise, keep an overview, and bring structure to our daily operations.
To ensure our partners and their customers always have the best experience, we are looking for you as a reinforcement in the Support & Operations team!
Responsibilities
Customer & Partner Support
- Supporting partners via email, ticket, and phone
- Solving inquiries regarding test registration, shipping, software, and lab results
- Processing returns, complaints, and special shipments
Operations & Logistics
- Inventory control & orders
Process Management
- Optimization of internal processes with support, IT, and logistics
Focus Areas
- Customer Satisfaction Ensuring partner satisfaction through clear communication and quick solutions.
- Operation Excellence Contribution to efficient and scalable operations for smooth support and logistics.
Qualification
What you should bring
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- First experiences in customer support (would be an advantage)
- Experience with digital tools (ticket systems, e-commerce e.g. Shopify)
- Communication skills in German – clear, friendly, and professional
- Reliable, structured, and team-oriented working style
Nice to have
- Interest in beauty, health, or diagnostics
- First knowledge in logistics or operations
