BODYBAR Pilates is a fitness boutique franchise that teaches pilates using the BODYBAR method in multiple locations across the United States. The BODYBAR Pilates Sales Associate (SA) is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager in generating new members and retaining existing members through sales and customer service responsibilities. The SA position is a part-time position requiring weekends, early morning, and/or evening work and reports to the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities include implementing studio sales process including lead generation, management, and conversion; carrying out member retention tasks; achieving daily tasks, bookings, and sales quotas; participating in community events to promote the studio; logging member bookings; and creating community at the studio through engagement with members before and after class.

Qualifications include goal-oriented ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales; fluency in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and email; passion for fitness; professionalism, trustworthiness, and punctuality; proficiency with computers and studio software; and a high school degree. Some college preferred. Must be able to work weekdays 7am - 2pm, some evenings 3 pm- 8:30 pm & weekends.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
