Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a sharp, engaging, and peppy Sales Associate to join our studio team. You'll play a key role in driving studio growth, creating a welcoming space for members, and helping deliver the BODYBAR magic every day. If you're organized, goal-driven, and LOVE connecting with people, we want you on our team!

What You'll Be Doing

Lead new member generation through confident sales conversations and smart follow-ups. Support retention by building authentic, personal connections with every BODYBAR member. Help the team crush daily sales goals and booking targets. Jump into local events + partnerships to promote the BODYBAR community. Keep studio records organized and up to date — from member bookings to sales logs. Bring energy, cheer, and connection to the studio floor before and after class.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Strong sales instincts — you know how to close deals and hit goals. Friendly, professional, and polished communication (in person, on the phone, and over email). Passion for fitness and wellness. Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable. Comfortable with computers and studio management software. High school grad (some college preferred).
