Sales Associate
BODYBAR Pilates is opening its first Oregon studio in Tanasbourne and we are hiring Sales Associates to join our founding team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, fitness, and community engagement and wants to be part of a studio launch and presales phase.
Sales Associates play a key role in growing the member base, delivering an exceptional studio experience, and representing the BODYBAR brand both in studio and in the local community.
This is a part time position with flexible scheduling with some weekend and evening work.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through lead follow up, outreach, and in studio conversations
- Build relationships with members and prospects through proactive communication
- Meet daily and weekly sales and booking goals
- Support presales and grand opening initiatives
- Participate in community events and local marketing efforts
- Assist with social media engagement including content creation, promotions, and local outreach
- Maintain accurate records in studio management software
- Create a welcoming and energetic studio environment before and after classes
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college preferred
Preferred Experience
- Boutique fitness or membership based sales experience
- Experience supporting a grand opening or presales launch
- Social media experience for business or community engagement
Compensation
Hourly pay of $17- $18 per hour. Additional commission on personal sales. Average total earnings with commission of $20 - $23 per hour. Discounts on retail. Free drop in BODYBAR classes, as available. Healthcare plan enrollment for eligible employees.
