Minimum qualifications include being energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused, flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays, and must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's.

Physical demands include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move throughout the showroom, and interact with customers, and ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted; up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
